Reps & Returns Academy — Course Preview
REPS & RETURNS ACADEMY
Understand the work.
Build your process.
A guided course in bodybuilding and day trading. Start with the basics, understand the reasons behind each decision, and practice with written lessons, original diagrams, worked examples and quizzes.
The full member course is in development. Both sections will be available to eligible active Basic and Premium members at launch, with no separate course purchase. This page is a free teaser; the complete lessons and videos are not available yet.
Section 1 · Bodybuilding
Learn how to train, eat and recover with purpose—not just follow a list of exercises.
- Training: movement patterns, lifts, exercise selection, technique, effort and progression.
- Programming: workout examples, volume, frequency, rest days and manageable weekly schedules.
- Diet: energy balance, protein, carbohydrates, dietary fat, meals and trend-based adjustments.
- Cardio and recovery: activity choices, sleep, fatigue, rest and deloads.
- Supplements: evidence, convenience, labels and cost.
A quick lesson: compare the same test
Ten controlled reps and twelve shortened reps are different tests. Log the load, setup, range and effort. Look for progress under comparable conditions before deciding to add weight or more work.
Repeatable technique → Useful log → Fair comparison → Measured adjustment
Section 2 · Day Trading
Learn to read charts, describe a setup clearly and understand the numbers behind risk.
- Foundations: candles, sessions, market structure, orders and execution.
- Risk: sizing, reward-to-risk, win rate, expectancy, costs and both meanings of breakeven.
- Chart concepts: supply and demand, liquidity, sweeps and smart money vocabulary.
- Model practice: session ranges, original reference-based examples, triggers, invalidation and exits.
- Review: replay exercises, journals, failed setups and no-trade decisions.
A quick lesson: a target is a plan
Risking a hypothetical $100 to target $200 gives a planned 2:1 reward-to-risk. It does not tell you the win rate, actual average outcome or trading costs. The course shows how these pieces interact using original examples.
Observe → Define a scenario → Set risk → Practice → Review
See the concept. Read the explanation. Practice it.
The planned 64-lesson curriculum pairs substantial writing with annotated trading charts, movement illustrations, workout tables, meal examples, worksheets and quizzes. AI video lessons are part of the production plan.
Public teaching references include Kuba Cielen’s training principles, training volume discussion and nutrition discussion. Reps & Returns writes its own lessons and examples and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these educators.
Training education is general and trading examples are hypothetical. Results vary; trading involves risk of loss.
